Conditions of Booking: An individual who is authorized to make purchases on behalf of the company must sign the confirmation above. By signing the agreement the customer is confirming the booking of a seat for a public program with FranklinCovey Bangladesh, and is agreeing to the terms and conditions of booking as detailed. The entire contents of the program are copyrighted by FranklinCovey under International Copyright Laws. Participants cannot modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from this program in any manner without the express written consent of FranklinCovey.

Cancellation Policy: Once the booking is confirmed as above the following cancellation policy applies:

• Once the invoice is raised it will not be cancelled and we will issue a credit for the value paid which can be used for up to 6 months from the date of issue of the invoice.
• If a Participant fails to attend the program, the fees will not be refunded, however the replacements are allowed
• For cancellations or postponements received 7 working days or less before the date of the workshop or, if a registered participant does not cancel or postpone and fails to attend the workshop, 75% of the fee paid is issued as a credit to be used for up to 6 months from the date of issue for any future FranklinCovey workshop in that Financial Year. (The remaining 25% is allocated as a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred by FranklinCovey)
