Our public coach training arm delivers a suite of internationally certified in-person and distance learning training programs across the globe. Over 6,000 students have participated in these programs to date. Our corporate arm is one of the leading international providers of wide-scale coaching projects. We specialise in building internal coaching capacity within medium to large corporations, with special expertise in international projects. Thousands of executives from more than 100 firms have participated in programs to date, from industries including Financial Services, Professional Services, IT, Government, Pharmaceuticals and Manufacturing. We are experts in embedding internal coaching capacity within organisations to develop leaders, retain talent, improve performance and change culture. We have a range of strategic partnerships to drive research and development, including three university alliances. We are one of the founding sponsors of the international NeuroLeadership Summit. Our ApproachResults Coaching Systems’ methodology was developed over 6 years of intensive observation of coaching at three levels:
Coaching dialogues - we mapped out the most effective way to facilitate positive change in any coaching situation by identifying the triggers and phrases that really made coaching work. Coaching sessions - we identified the most efficient way of running a high-impact coaching session. Coaching engagements - we researched how to best design a coaching engagement to maximize results. Out of these three arena's we built a unique set of tools and processes for delivering high impact coaching, covering both formal coaching engagements and informal coaching interactions. Our approach is geared to working with smart, busy, high functioning people, inside organizations or with the general public. In 2003 we began developing a complete theory to explain how and why coaching worked, and have since established a theory we call the 'brain-based approach to coaching'. This theory has achieved wide acclaim and interest from the wider coaching community. Having a scientific theory for coaching is helping us create better coaches and deepening the impact of our training programs.
